forms can be downloaded and printed out using Adobe/Acrobat Reader.

Completed forms should be delivered to the school for students wishing
to attend Faith Christian during the 2007-2008 school year.
Fees
& Tuition Rates (2007-2008)
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Annual tuition includes fees for
school yearbook, use of textbooks, workbooks, bus transportation,
laboratory supplies, MPSA events, and free admission to all regular
season home athletic events.
There are four options for tuition payment:
- Pay for the Year in Full (Due by August 1)
- Pay for each Semester in Full (Due by
July 1 and January 1)
- Monthly Bank Drafts (Drafted the 1st of
each month--June through May)
- Post-Dated Monthly Checks (Dated the
1st of each month--June through May)
- Note: Any other method of payment will be subject to
FCS Board approval and would require a 15% service charge.
